Boot Camp Fitness Classes Available across Australia
Boot Camp has been known as one of the most effective and fun workouts in the Fitness Industry. Helping many people achieve their fitness goals fast! Participants find they can push themselves beyond their normal limits. Boot Camp classes are designed to increase core strength and stability, improve cardiovascular health and to tone and tighten the body. The training regimes are physically and mentally challenging and our members feel an enormous sense of achievement when they finish each session! Typical Boot Camp sessions involve cardio exercises and muscle building exercises like you may have never seen before. Many Boot Camps are held in parks, using benches for workouts, even on beaches. Boot Camp exercises vary between Clubs. Boot Camp is a great way to mix up your Passport2Fitness Gym Routines with even just one session a week helping you to achieve those much wanted Fitness Goals.   • Don't be afraid: Don’t be afraid of the words ‘Boot Camp’. Most Classes cater for all fitness levels, with alternative exercises for beginners. You can push yourself as hard as you like and you can go at your own pace.
  • Instructor: Make sure your instructor is qualified and registered with Fitness Australia; there are a lot of shonky operators out there.
  • Injuries: Make the instructor aware of any injuries as you may be overlooked in large groups.
  • Buddy up: Take a friend, exercise is always fun with someone you know.
  • Ask questions: Ask the instructor if you don’t understand any exercise.
