In addition Gold passport holders enjoy access to great Gym Alliance benefits such as My Training which provides you with a facility to monitor where, when and how you train and Frequent Trainer which rewards you for each and every visit. Gold Gym Alliance clubs are well located and offer great facilities and services. They have a large range of cardio, weights machines and free weights.
