THE EVER CHANGING WORLD WHICH WE LIVE IN
What a six months we've had... My head is spinning with all that's been
going on both in the industry and at Gym Alliance. When I first started the company
I could never have dreamed that the changes I was observing as an outsider would
progress so fast. In short we live in exciting times and as an Alliance we are in
a great position to take advantage of the changes. Everywhere I look there are opportunities
for us...

SYDNEY IN FOCUS
We now have a total of 11 clubs in Sydney which are set up and ready to accept Gym
Passport holders. Over the next few months the number will double with the intention
of overtaking Fitness First's club count of 38 by the end of the year...

CREATING THE ‘DISNEY’ EXPERIENCE
On a trip to Paris I had the opportunity to experience the surreal feeling of visiting
the happiest place on Earth, Disneyland, Euro Disney. An endless smile filled my
face for eight hours as I took in the thrills of Space Mountain, the joys of It’s
a Small World and the awe inspiring show put on by the Team. This was my ‘Disney
Experience’. Over time I have had the opportunity to reflect on what stood out as
the number one experience that made my visit worth while, not the rides, not the
food, the Customer Service Team and their willingness to create a day I would never
forget…….
