Gym Alliance is continuing to grow in Perth. At present, we have 7 gyms in our Perth network with a further 30 nationally. Over the comings weeks we will expand the network to encompass Mandurah, Rockingham, Morley and Cottesloe and we fully expect to have a total of 12 gyms across this beautiful city.

On a trip to Paris I had the opportunity to experience the surreal feeling of visiting the happiest place on Earth, Disneyland, Euro Disney. An endless smile filled my face for eight hours as I took in the thrills of Space Mountain, the joys of It’s a Small World and the awe inspiring show put on by the Team. This was my ‘Disney Experience’. Over time I have had the opportunity to reflect on what stood out as the number one experience that made my visit worth while, not the rides, not the food, the Customer Service Team and their willingness to create a day I would never forget…….

Most of us know that when people visit a gym it’s usually for two reasons; losing weight and staying fit and healthy. However, what most people don’t know is the other motivations on why people join a gym, the myths. There are many myths out there about our health and fitness which helps drive more people to our gyms. Some of these myths are extremely beneficial for the gyms as it encourages the public to race straight to us. However, being in the Fitness industry we need to be aware of these myths to establish a better understanding on what our members believe. The more we understand the greater we can help our members in achieving their goals.
