Eligible Gym Passport holders who have a medical insurance policy with NIB can claim a rebate on their Gym Passport fees.
What is claimable?
- Gym Passport fees and Pay as You Go Passport Credit
NIB Conditions:
- The health management program must have been recommended to the Gym Passport Holder by a relevant nib recognised provider who has the customer under their care for treatment of a health related condition
- All supporting documentation required by nib in relation to the health management program must be completed in the manner required by nib
