In adition, Silver Passport holders enjoy access to great benefits such as My Training. Silver rated Gym Alliance clubs are located throughout the network and offer good facilities and services. They offer a mix of equipment with a range of cardio and weights machines and a range of free weights. To find a Silver club in your area use the club locator and select a Silver rated club, you will then be able to take a virtual tour to check out what great facilities it offers. Active Health Club is well positioned for people who live or work in the Ryde or Lane Cove area. It has a great range of cardio equipment and free weights in a modern club. Car Parking is available as is a Tennis Court which can be hired at member rates. As a Silver Gym Alliance Health Club all Silver, Gold, Diamond and Pay As You Go Gym Passport holders enjoy full access to Active Health Club.

Ratings run from Bronze for basic facilities to Platinum for the very best facilities the world has to offer.
